Die Wohnung mit Süd-Ost Balkon wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert und befindet sich im Vorderhaus eines schönen Gründerzeit-Altbaus. Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung wurde von mir nach Einzug vollständig möbliert, sodass für alles gesorgt ist und weitere Einrichtungen nicht nötig sind.

Aufteilung der Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist so aufgeteilt, dass über den Eingangsflur bzw. Diele, auf der einen Seite die Küche und das Badezimmer, sowie auf der anderen Seite das große Wohn- und Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Das Wohn- /Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Süd-Ost Balkon mit Sonne bis zum Nachmittag und Blick auf die schöne, begrünte Wohnstraße. Neben dem Balkon befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit großer Schlafcouch und 86-Zoll Sony TV, daneben der Arbeitstisch und auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers der Schlafbereich mit Boxspringbett und Schwebetüren-Kleiderschrank. Die Möbel bieten genügend Stauraum.

Das vor ein paar Jahren vollrenovierte Badezimmer mit Badewanne befindet sich, genauso wie die Küche, auf der Seite zum Innenhof.

Die Küche ist nach der zurückliegenden Renovierung neu gefliest und mit einem neuen Herd/Ofen und Spülschrank ausgestattet wurden. Die Ober- und Unterschränke der Küche wurden von mir eingebaut, ebenso die in der Küche befindliche Waschmaschine.
Neben der Küche befindet sich noch ein Abstellraum, in welchem sich auch die Gastherme befindet.

The fully furnished apartment available for subletting, with a southeast-facing balcony, was renovated a few years ago and is in the front building of a beautiful Gründerzeit-era building.
The one-room apartment was fully furnished by me after moving in, so everything is taken care of and no additional furnishings are needed.

Apartment Layout:
The apartment is laid out so that from the entrance, you can reach the kitchen and bathroom on one side, and the large living-/ bedroom on the other side.

The living/bedroom has a southeast-facing balcony with sun until the afternoon and a view on the beautiful, green residential street. Next to the balcony is the living area with a large sofa bed and an 86-inch Sony TV, next to it is the working-desk, and on the other side of the room is the sleeping area with a box spring bed and sliding door wardrobe.
The furniture offers plenty of storage space.

The fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub, just like the kitchen, is on the courtyard side.

The kitchen was newly tiled after the recent renovation and equipped with a new stove/oven and sink. The upper and lower kitchen cabinets were installed by me, as well as the washing machine in the kitchen.
Next to the kitchen, there is a storage room where the gas boiler is also located.
