Hello People,
I want to rent out my fully equipped apartment in Schöneberg for around 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
The one room apartment is on the 5th floor(no elevator!) of a very beautiful altbau-building. It is about 52sqm, more than enough space for one person. It has a separate kitchen with space to eat and chill. Furthermore there is a bathroom with a shower and small hallway in the entrance. The windows allow you to see through the spacious terrace and offer a lot of light and a view of the Gasometer, an icon of the Rote Insel.
It is located in the Rote Insel in Schöneberg, a very chill neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. Even though it is a quite area, you are very close to the city center. S-Bhf Julius-Leber-Brücke is very close, as well as several buses just in front of the house. In less than 15 minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstraße. Akazienkiez and Nollendorfkiez are also quite close.
The rent is 900€, everything included plus a deposit of one months rent. Anmeldung is possible. No couples!
