Since I am moving to Frankfurt at the end of June for a new Job I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. The contract would be limited to 9 months at the beginning, but can be extended to unlimited if my stay in Frankfurt goes permanent. Anmeldung is possible.

The apartment is cozy bright with a nice view, and fully furnished. Bed, table, couch, furniture, chair, TV are included. A bathroom and small kitchen are as well. In the rent are all main services included, water, electricity, heat and internet. No extra fees are charged.

Da ich Ende Juni für einen neuen Job nach Frankfurt ziehe, suche ich jemanden, der meine Wohnung untervermietet. Der Vertrag wäre anfangs auf 9 Monate befristet, kann aber auf unbefristet verlängert werden, wenn mein Aufenthalt in Frankfurt dauerhaft wird. Anmeldung ist möglich.
