In der hellen 100m² großen drei Zimmerwohnung im Altbau vermiete ich von Januar bis März (1.1.-23.03.2025) ein geräumiges und helles möbiliertes Schlafzimmer (25m²) unter. Das Wohnzimmer (25m²) mit Balkon kann uneingeschränkt mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Internetanschluss und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
Ich bin Hauptmieterin der Wohnung und bewohne zeitweise das dritte Zimmer. Da ich beruflich auswärts arbeite bin ich nur gelegentlich in Berlin.
Die Wohnung liegt im Wenckebachkiez in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse vom Tempelhofer Damm und etwa je 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den U-Bahn Stationen (U6) Kaiserin-Augusta-Strasse und Ullsteinstrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der Tempelhofer Hafen, LIDL, Karstadt und andere Läden am T-Damm sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
