Hallo!
Ich ziehe um, sodass ich meine zentrale ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon (Hochparterre) in Berlin Alt-Tempelhof frei wird und ich eine/n Nachmieter/in suche. Bitte keine Anfragen von mehr als einer Person, dafür ist die Wohnung zu klein (das möchte die Vermieterin auch nicht). Die Vermieterin möchte nunmehr auch nur befristet bis maximal zum 31.01.2029 vermieten.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert übergeben, allerdings könnten Möbel gerne wie folgt übernommen werden:
- Kühlschrank: EUR 30
- Bett Malm Ikea 140cm mit zwei Bettkästen: EUR 120
- Ikea Regal Kallax: EUR 30
- Badeinrichtung (Spiegel, Duschvorgang, Regal, Lampe): EUR 40
- Ggf. weitere Möbel TBD.
Strom wird seperat gezahlt (d.h. ihr müsst selbst einen Vetrag mit dem Stromannbieter schließen, bei mir waren es meistens ca. EUR 60/Monat). Die Haltestelle der U6 Alt-Tempelhof ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat auch einen Keller.
