Our apartment will be available from Feb 4th 2025 to Apr 16th 2025, with the possibility of extending it for a few more days/weeks.

The apartment is 76 square meters, with two rooms and a small hallway that can be used as a separate office. The small room will be closed, and the rest of the apartment will be yours.
It has a balcony that overlooks the river. 🌊
The apartment comes fully furnished, including an L-shaped work desk with an ergonomic chair. 🤓
The larger room (living room)has everything you need, including a sofa bed. (sofa bed might be replaced with an air mattress)
Bonus: We have a CrossTrainer that you can use as well.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine I don't use and an air fryer. 😂
The bathroom also has all the amenities, including a washing machine, and a bonus - a bidet spray. 🥳
There's a high-speed internet connection of 100 Mbps. 🚀
The area is very quiet and mostly family-friendly. There's a Rewe, DM, and Netto just a 5-minute walking distance.
Additionally, there's a Decathlon, Bauhaus, Edeka, Kaufland, and a large shopping center at Schöneweida station, which is just a 10-minute bus ride away.
There's an S-Bahn station within a 5-minute walk and a bus station in the other direction, also 5 minutes away. 🚌🚈
No smoking or pets allowed please, due to severe allergies. ❌❌
