Hi,
renting out my apartment for a few weeks in from 18/19th December to 17th January. It is a cosy, tidy place so looking for someone who would take good care of it, preferably female. There is everything you might need: washing machine, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, tv, bedsheet etc. There is a small bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is on the second floor with a nice view to the garden. I am friends with the neighbors who are kind and helpful, should you face any issues.
For applying please tell me what you are doing in Berlin (study/work), any proof is of advantage, also some sort of verification like LinkedIn/Instagram profile or similar. It is a plus if you have Privathaftpflichtversicherung.
The rent would be 720€ (everything included) plus a deposit of 400€, in case damages happen. We will sign a contract for the sublet. Anmeldung not possible. No pets, no smoking nor parties (especially new years eve) allowed. Let me know if you have any other questions.
