I am subletting my fully furnished one-room apartment in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) from April 1 onwards to one person.

Minimum duration is one month, but long-term such as three months, six months or longer (1, 2 years) are possible.

The monthly rent is 900€ including everything such as gas, electricity, internet. No other fees!

Security deposit is 600€.

As mentioned in the introduction, duration can be agreed upon individually.

Important for me is that the candidate places importance on hygiene, isn‘t disturbing the neighbours by being too loud and noisy.
