Ich vermiete meine teilmöblierte Altbauwohnung ab Mitte März bis Ende August 2025 (ggf. kürzer, länger oder Übernahme). Ich ziehe zunächst in eine möblierte Wohnung in München, sobald ich eine eigene Wohnung gefunden habe, bringe ich einen Teil der Möbel mit nach München. Die Kosten der Wohnung inklduieren einen Untermietzuschlag i.H.v. c. 150€, den mein Vermieter erheben möchte.

I am subletting my partially furnished apartment (near Osloer Str. station) from mid-March to the end of August 2025 (possibly longer / permanently). I will first move into a furnished apartment in Munich, and once I have found my own place, I will bring some of the furniture with me to Munich.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle (255) und nur 5 Minuten von der M27-Haltestelle und 10 Minuten von der Osloer Str. (U8, U9) entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt, Penny, ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Im Umkreis von 10 min gibt es Lidl, Kaufland und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kiez verfügt über mehrere Bars, Cafés und Restaurants und ist nicht weit von einem Park entfernt.

The apartment is conveniently located directly across from a bus stop (255), only 5 minutes from the M27 bus stop and 10 minutes from Osloer Str. (U8, U9) subway station. The nearest supermarket, Penny, is just 5 minutes away. Within a 10-minute walking distance, there are Lidl, Kaufland, and other shopping options. The neighborhood has several bars, cafés, and restaurants and is not far from a park.
