The space is very suitable for a cozy work-from-home space. Its located in a calm area of wedding with fast access to u8 & u9.
The cold rent is 825 a month so I am asking for 205 a week (plus a deposit if more than 2 weeks)

Hallo, ich reise später diesen Monat und werde mein sonniges Studio-Apartment (separate Küche, 47m2) für 2-4 Wochen (flexible Zeitrahmen) ab dem 15.03.2025 untervermieten.
Der Raum eignet sich sehr gut als gemütlicher Home-Office-Arbeitsplatz. Er befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Wedding mit schneller Anbindung an die U8 & U9.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 825 Euro im Monat, daher verlange ich 205 Euro pro Woche (plus eine Kaution, falls es länger als 2 Wochen ist).
