ich vermiete meine gemütlichen 30 Quadratmeter: Und zwar vom 01.04. bis zum 30.04.2017 mit Internet, Waschmaschine, Küche, 2 m² 'Wellnessbereich' für 390€.
Die Wohnung liegt im Sprengelkiez, direkt am Nordufer. 3 Fußminuten von der U9, Station Amrumer Straße und 10 von der Beuth Hochschule entfernt. Ein Bus bringt euch in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof; Zur Friedrichstraße und zum Zoo sind es auch jeweils ca. 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Kaisers, diverse Spätis ... ) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Du kannst für den Zeitraum auch gerne mein Fahrrad ausborgen ...
Da ich im Ausland bin, liegt mir daran, dass Du zuverlässig bist. Meine Nachbarn sind ein toller Haufen und (keine Sorge - rücken Dir sicher nicht ungefragt auf den Schoß) könnten Dir in Notfällen/Fragen aber jeder Zeit helfen. Rauchen ist kein Problem, wenn Du dazu in die Küche gehst und ab und zu mal ein Fenster aufmachst. Du kannst gerne Dein Meerschwein mitbringen, aber Hunde und Katzen (wegen dem Vermieter) lieber nicht.

You can rent my apartment (30m²) from first of April until 30.04.2017. The rent is 390€ incl. internet, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.
The flat is located in Sprengelkiez, Wedding: excellent public transport connections (10 Min to Zoo, Friedrichstraße, Hauptbahnhof) and shopping facilities.
Since I’ll be abroad, it’s important to me, that you’re reliable!!!
