There are two rooms, my bedroom and the big kitchen, which are both perfect to hang out, listen to music or to sit together and have a beer. No Parties though
The flat is very close to U-Bahn Osloer Straße and Pankstraße, which means you will be in Mitte, Kreuzberg, P-Berg with in 10-15 Minutes.
Please write some things about you, because I would like to know, who I let into my flat and who not.
Hallo liebe Leute, ich bin diesen Sommer in Köln am Rheine und suche nach Personen, die Lust haben währenddessen meine Wohnung zu beziehen.
Die Wohnung ist toll, aufgrund ihrer großen Fenster und der schönen Wohnküche, in der man mehr als guten entspannen, arbeiten oder zu einem Bierchen zusammen sitzen kann. Desweiteren ist sie sehr ruhig, da sich sich im Hinterhaus befindet.
Die Lage ist er Hammer. Du brauchst 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Station Osloer Straße oder Pankstraße und kommst von da aus in kürzester Zeit nach Kreuzberg, P-Berg, Mitte etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Spätis und Waschsalon sind auch nur 2-3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich und schreibe ein paar Zeilen zu dir, damit ich eine bessere Idee bekomme, mit wem ich es da zu tun habe.
