1-Zimmer Wohnung am Wannsee

Hi, I am looking for a new tenant for a 1-room apartment near Wannsee.

Just the facts:
- Unfortunately no registration possible
- Jobcenter would still be possible
- Temporary for 1 year with rental contract
- 385 € per month

- 1 room with “French balcony”
- 1 kitchen with window
- 1 bathroom without window, with shower/bathtub
- 1 storage room
- 1 cellar with washing machine

In the kitchen there is of course a stove and sink. There are also 2 kitchen cupboards that I would like to leave there. The fridge can also stay here, maybe for 30€.

Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung am Wannsee.

Einfach mal die Fakten:
- Leider keine Anmeldung möglich (keine Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung)
- Jobcenter wäre trotzdem möglich
- Befristet für 1 Jahr mit Mietvertrag
- 385 € pro Monat

- 1 Zimmer mit "französischem Balkon"
- 1 Küche mit Fenster
- 1 Bad ohne Fenster, mit Dusch-Badewanne
- 1 Abstellkammer
- 1 Keller mit Waschmaschine

In der Küche gibt es natürlich Herd und Spüle. Dazu sind da noch 2 Küchenschränke, die ich gerne einfach da lassen möchte. Der Kühlschrank kann auch hier bleiben, vielleicht für 30€.
