My name is Katya. I moved to Berlin 2 years ago and currently I am in search of a new home to stay for the next 1-2 years.
I am looking for:
• Location: Friedrichshain, Lichtenberg, Schöneberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Moabit.
• Type: 1-bedroom or studio flat.
• Budget: Up to €800 (warm).
• Important: possibility of Anmeldung is preferable.
• Start time: from March 2025
I am an Ethics & Compliance professional with legal background. Currently I am working in pharmaceutical industry as a head of function. Another part of my interests is learning and making music, sometimes I do DJ-ing and live performances (but no worries about sound in a flat - I do everything in my studio headphones respecting privacy of other people).
I consider myself as a calm person, prefer friendly and soft communication. As a tenant I am responsible and consistent aiming to build trustful and transparent communication and relationship.
