I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat starting December 15th
I'm a 28-year-old copywriter employed FULL TIME by a German company.
I don't need an anmeldung.
I don't smoke.
I do need hardwood floors and a bathtub.
I prefer furnished, but I am not picky.
6months or longer is also desired.
I have a SCHUFA (request now)
Contract stating that I make 3400 euro per month
+ references.
I'd like to pay 550 max warm.
