American homeowner looking for European apt.

I am a quiet, clean, financially responsible artist looking for a place to sojourn in Berlin between tours and the time I spend in my own house in NYC. I tend to work alone when not traveling with various music groups. My network of colleagues and friends is quite international leading me to desire spending more time in Europe. Berlin, for example, is a vibrant city I know and love yet rarely have the opportunity to really explore as an artist. I have also never lived in Europe before and, despite being 50 years of age, continue to push myself to new adventures, learning experiences and the influences of younger artists. My financial stability and role as a landlord myself (for 13 years) should encourage other landlords to trust my understanding of such a role. I have the utmost respect for other's property and space. My health is good and i much prefer analyzing a concert performance or discussing artistic approaches to any sort of partying. I'm probably the furthest you could get from a bohemian college student though I say that without judgement.
