Hello there. I am Gabriele, a 33 year-old researcher in CompSci and Maths.

I am looking for a flat from mid May or June, budget around 900€ (warm rent). My net salary will be more than 3 times said budget. As I will be in Berlin for at least one year, I intend to rent long-term (Anmeldung preferred) but I can be flexible. The start date of the contract is also flexible.

About me: after a PhD in France, I will start working as a postdoc researcher in Berlin from May 2022. I am a non-smoker and easy-going person, and place great importance on cleanliness and tidiness. My apartment will be a haven where I can relax after a day's work. I am looking forward to visiting the city at weekends. I am a rock climbing enthusiast, love to cook and watch stand-up comedy :-)
