Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung vom 01.10. bis 29.10.2024
Da ich selbst ein gebranntes Kind des Berliner Wohnungsmarkts bin hier die Sicherheit: Du wirst legal in der Zeit in der Wohnung unterkommen (keine Anmeldung!) und einen kurzfristigen Untermietvertrag erhalten.

Die Wohnung liegt in Lichtenberg, Stadtteil Fennpfuhl in einem kürzlich kernsanierten Plattenbau von WGli. Vor knapp einem Jahr bin ich als Erstbezug nach der Sanierung in die Wohnung eingezogen - alle vorhandenen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in top Zustand. Da ich die Wohnung kurzfristig vermiete sind all meine Herzensgegenstände in der Wohnung zu finden, weshalb ich hoffe, dass du die Wohnung mit Respekt und Liebe behandelst.

Du wirst in der Wohnung ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne + Duschvorrichtung finden, eine Garderobe, ein 1,60m Bett, Schaukelstuhl, Regal, geräumiger Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle, Schreibtisch, ... alles was bei in üblichen Einzimmerwohnung zu erwarten ist.

Gerne können wir einen kurzen Besichtigungstermin (online oder vor Ort) ausmachen. Ich hoffe allerdings, dir durch den Vertrag ausreichend Sicherheit geben zu können, dass die Wohnung tatsächlich existiert und dies kein Scam ist! Die Schlüsselübergabe wird am 01.10.2024 morgens stattfinden.

I am renting out my cozy apartment from 01.10. to 29.10. Since I've experienced the Berlin housing market as well, I'm trying to offer some comfort/security: You will legally stay in the apartment during this time (no registration/Anmeldung) and receive a short-term sublease.

The apartment is located in the Fennpfuhl district of Lichtenberg in a recently refurbished prefabricated apartment building by WGli. I moved into the apartment almost a year ago as the first occupant after the renovation - all the existing furnishings are in top condition. Since I am renting the apartment spontaneously, all my favorite things can be found in the apartment, which is why I hope that you will treat the apartment with respect and love.

In the apartment you will find a small bathroom with bathtub + shower, a wardrobe, a 1.60m bed, rocking chair, shelf, spacious fridge, stove, sink, desk, ... everything you would expect in a standard one-room apartment ;)

I'm happy to arrange a short viewing appointment (online or on site). However, I hope to be able to give you sufficient security through the contract that the apartment actually exists. The keys will be handed over on 01.10. in the morning.
