Die liebevoll eingerichtete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt zentral im urigen Bezirk Rixdorf im Neukölln. In diesem kleinen Viertel hat sich eine ruhige und dörfliche Atmosphäre bewahrt :-)
In den belebten Straßen in der Nähe findet man verschiedene Einkaufsläden, Cafés, Bars, Secondhandläden, usw.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen (S-Bahn Station Sonnenallee). Von dort aus fährt die Ringbahn oder der Bus M41. Noch näher befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 171.
Obwohl man in einer belebten Gegend wohnt, hat man in der Wohnung seine Ruhe, da sie im Hinterhof liegt.

I am subletting my small apartment for the mentioned period.
The lovingly furnished 1-room apartment is centrally located in the quaint district of Rixdorf in Neukölln. This small neighborhood has retained a quiet and village-like atmosphere :-)
In the lively streets nearby you will find various stores, cafés, bars, second-hand stores, etc.
Public transportation can be reached on foot within a few minutes (S-Bahn station Sonnenallee). From there you can take the Ringbahn or the M41 bus. The bus stop for line 171 is even closer.

Although you live in a lively area, the apartment is quiet as it is located in the backyard.
