Hallo,
Ich werde während dieser Zeit im Urlaub sein und möchte meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum vermieten.
Infos zur Wohnung:
✓ 42qm - mit Balkon
✓ Offene Küche
✓ Doppelbett + Schlafcouch
✓ 10 Minuten von Warschauer Straße (und der Mauer) und 10 Minuten vom Treptower Park/Ostkreuz entfernt
✓ Supermärkte in der Nähe wie REWE, NETTO und LIDL


Du wirst mit meiner Katze, die Madame heißt, in der Wohnung leben. Deshalb wirst du eine niedrigere Miete als üblich zahlen. Bitte lass mich wissen, was du davon hältst und welche Erfahrungen du mit Haustieren hast.

Eine Kaution von 600€ wird im Voraus verlangt.

I will be traveling during these dates and want to rent out my flat for this specific period.
Info about the flat :
✓ 42sqm - with balcony
✓ Open kitchen
✓ Dubble bed + sleeping couch
✓ 10min from Warschauer Strasse (and the wall) and 10min from Treptower park/Ostkreuz.
✓ Supermarkets close like REWE, NETTO, and LIDL

You will be living with my cat in the flat, called Madame, for that reason you'll pay lower then normal rent.
Please let me know what you think of this and what your experience is with pets.
A deposit of 600€ will be asked to pay beforehand
