I am looking for a responsible and friendly undertenant for the time period of 19.7.2024-19.8.2024 for my quiet and fully furnished 1-room apartment in Schöneberg. (The apartment will only be rented to a single person, no couples.)
The ground floor apartment is situated in the backyard, with a little green area in front of it. The apartment is rather light. There is Internet, the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped. The neighbors are friendly and calm.
Ich suche für den Zeitraum vom 19.7.2024-19.8.2024 eine(n) verantwortungsvolle(n) und sympathischen(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für meine ruhige und vollmöblierte Altbauwohnung in Schöneberg. Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Einzelperson vermietet, keine Paare.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß im Hinterhof, ist allerdings für eine Erdgeschoßwohnung ziemlich hell. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Grünfläche. Internet ist vorhanden. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet, die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und co. voll ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig.
You need around 7 min to reach public transport on foot; the station Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1); the bus line 104 and the station Südkreuz (Ring Bahn, S2, S25). There are some supermarkets nearby and there is also the cozy “Akzienstraße” within walking distance to reach with a lot of cozy bars, cafes and smaller shops.
Die Station Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1) sowie die Buslinie 104 sind ca. 7 min, die Station Südkreuz (Ring-Bahn, S25, S2) ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Buslinien 204 und 106 sind 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
An der Station Julius-Leber-Brücke und Südkreuz gibt es jeweils einen Edeka-Supermarkt. Kaisers, Aldi, Rossmann und die gemütliche Akazienstraße mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants, sind ca. in 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
One large room with kitchen and bathroom will be rented out from the 2-room apartment. My second, smaller and private room will remain empty as I am traveling for this time period and is not to use.
A registration is not possible.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The (online) flat viewing will take place on 7.7. during daytime and on the 8.7.2024 up from 7 pm.
Von der 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wird ein großes Zimmer mit der Küche und Bad vermietet. Mein zweites, kleineres privates Zimmer bleibt leer, da ich für den verreise und wird nicht vermietet.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Rauchen und Haustierhaltung sind in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
Die (Online)-Besichtigung finden am 7.7. tagsüber und am 8.7.2024 ab 19:00 Uhr statt.
