A sunny, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, Anmeldung possible

Hi!

I would like to sublet my apartment for 1180€ (electricity up to 80€ and hot water/heating up to 100€ are included)

it's 46 m², a big & sunny living room attached to an open kitchen and a balcony, a big sunny separate bedroom and a bathroom,

Few key info:

- Anmeldung is possible
- A fully equipped Kitchen with undercabinet lighting, a nice induction stove, and an oven.
- A Mar 2023 renovation was done for the balcony, a new gutter, and a fresh painting,
- Fast internet connection, up to 1000 Mbit/s
- 180x200 cm boxspring bed
- 65-inch OLED tv
- A sofa that can turn into a guest bed
- a refrigerator freezer combo with an ice dispenser, dishwasher, and a newly bought washing machine, all are extremely quiet while operating as they were fit to stay in the living room.
- It's a quiet building and not facing the str directly, the neighbors and the landlord wish to keep it this way.
- everything else you need at home, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, dishes, glasses, .... etc. is available.

a viewing can be arranged. on the 25th evening or 26 the whole day.
The handover should be done +- few days from Jan 1st

There's a good possibility of an extension as I will be traveling for work.

Smoking or vaping inside the apartment is not an option whatsoever, you can use the balcony for that, I prefer if you don't have a pet but if you do, we can talk about it. Parking is available on the street for a fee.
