Welcome to my beautiful 70 sqm flat in an old building in the lively and popular district of Friedrichshain! This charming flat offers you the best of both worlds: a super central location and a quiet neighbourhood at the same time.

The flat impresses with high ceilings and a cosy ambience that will make you feel right at home. With only a 5-10 minute walk you can easily reach the underground, S-Bahn and tram - ideal for discovering Berlin in all its diversity. All the major supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily get everything you need for your daily needs.

My flat can be used flexibly and is perfect for one person, a couple or even as a shared flat for two people. It has a separate bedroom and a spacious living room, which can alternatively be used as a second bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable double bed mattresses for maximum comfort.

The flat is available for rent from 15 September 2024 to 31 March 2025 at the earliest. Shorter rentals of at least one month are also possible during this period.
