I'm going back to the UK to study an MA in September for a year, so looking for someone to live in my apartment while I'm away. It will be an official sublet and I'm pretty sure an anmeldung will be possible, but I'll have to confirm. It will come fully furnished and the music desk, midi keyboard (Hammer 88) and monitors will stay (as I have nowhere to put them), so if you're into making music you're welcome to use these. But you're welcome to rearrange the room however you like. Neighbours are super friendly and quiet and the area is good, with 3 really beautiful parks very close by.
The apartment is a 1 bed in Bergmannkiez. It's West facing so gets the sun from about 4pm onwards, but is bright and light all day long. The main bedroom is about 22sqm, the kitchen and bathroom are a good size and both are cosy spaces.
The sublet will be with a contract and deposit as I've had problems in the past with people not paying and leaving early etc. If you're interested message me and we can have a chat/arrange a viewing.
