I am subletting my full-furnished apartment in Mitte and looking for someone who wants to live in it for three months!
The apartment has an equiped kitchen (no dishwasher included) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is aprox. 25 square metres big and very cozy.
If you are a student of the Humboldt-University, the apartment is located perfectly, as you can walk there within 25-30 minutes. You can easily reach the Grimm-Zentrum and the Staatsbibliothek on foot where you can focus on your studies.
You can reach U Rosenthaler Platz within 5 minutes and the S Oranienburger Straße within 10 Minutes on foot. The U Oranienburger Tor is about 15 minutes away. Thus, other parts of Berlin can be discovered easily :)
If you want to hang out in parks, there is the Monbijoupark and the Weinbergspark nearby. The location is also perfect for morning runs at the Spree where you can pass the Regierungsviertel with the Bundestag and the Kanzleramt.
As I will only move out for three months, I will leave all my belongings in the apartment. Therefore, the space will be limited and you won't be able to bring a lot of stuff - especially no own pieces of furniture.
