Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein gut geschnittenes und komplett möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Apartment im 2. Obergeschoss, ideal gelegen zwischen der Janowitzbrücke und dem Ostbahnhof. Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von 21,84 m², inklusive einer Einbauküche (4,44 m²) und einem Bad mit Dusche (3,39 m²).

Damit ich dich als Nachmieter vorstellen kann, benötige ich folgende Unterlagen:
-Personalausweis
-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbestätigung
-aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Auskunft
- die letzten drei Gehaltsnachweise. Das Gehalt muss mindestens 1.900,00 € netto betragen.
