I am subletting my fully furnished (entire) apartment in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) from September 23 onwards (optionally 1st October) to one person.
The minimum duration is three months. Ideally the contract would go for six months or even longer (1 year) but we can also start with an initial three months and see how it goes for you.
Its an Altbau-apartment with high ceilings on the
2nd floor. It has got two large windows and gets sunlight throughout the day.
