Hello,
Renting my fully furnished apartment for OCTOBER with everything you need to live. The move in date is a bit flexible.
Preferably for one person (*It's also okay for a couple, but please notice that the bed is only 140cm)
The apartment consist in a kitchen, a separate living room with a bedroom in a mezzanine, and a small bathroom. The kitchen is being renovated right now so in the photos is not finished yet. New windows have been installed just a couple of weeks ago.
The electricity and internet is 100eur/month, so the rent will be 1000 euro all included for a full month. For shorter periods we can negotiate the price.

The apartment is being currently renovated (new windows, new kitchen and maybe a new bathroom before October,, so it will change a bit from the photos)

The location is perfect, in a quiet street with some nice international restaurants (african, surianamese and korean food), just a few meters from the ubahn (U8) hermansstrasse and the ringhbahn. There's a Netto, DM and Rewe just around the corner too and in 5-10 minutes walking you're in Tempelhof and in Schillerkiez.
