Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einer Wohnküche mit Klappcouch sowie einem Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Miele Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet - auch mit gutem Porzellan - und hat einen Miele Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines ruhigen Gartenhauses. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten stehen Tisch und Stühle. Kinderspielplatz, Fahrradkeller und sichere Stellmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Zwei Fahrräder können mitbenutzt werden. TV, Magenta und W-Lan sind schnell.
We are looking for a tidy, clean couple without pets to temporarily use our fully equipped, renovated, pretty, quiet apartment in Mitte. You can bring your child. Of course, a single person or two friends can also move in. The apartment consists of a large room, a kitchen-living room with a folding sofa and a bathroom with a rain shower and a Miele washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped - including good porcelain - and has a Miele dishwasher. The apartment is very clean and is on the 2nd floor of a quiet garden house. There are tables and chairs in the communal garden. Children's playground, bicycle storage and secure parking spaces are available. Two bicycles can be shared. TV, magenta and WiFi are fast.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Gartenhaus mitten in der schönsten Gegend des Scheunenviertels in Berlin Mitte. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nur für Anwohner kostenfrei möglich. Die öffentliche Anbindung sehr gut mit den U-Bahnhöfen Rosenthaler Platz und Weinmeisterstraße sowie verschiedenen Bussen und Trams.
The apartment is located in a quiet garden house in the middle of the most beautiful area of the Scheunenviertel in Berlin Mitte. The garden can be shared. The parking situation is only available free of charge for residents. The public connection is very good with the Rosenthaler Platz and Weinmeisterstraße subway stations as well as various buses and trams.
Wir erwarten ein ordentliches und sauberes Paar, welches von zuhause keine Tierhaare mitbringt. In der Wohnung kann nicht geraucht werden. Wir brauchen weder Kaution noch Nebenkosten. Die vereinbarten Wohnungskosten sollten monatlich bar im Voraus gegen Quittung überbracht werden.
We expect a neat and clean couple who do not bring any animal hair from home. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.We don't need a deposit or additional costs. The agreed apartment costs should be paid in cash in advance each month with a receipt.
