The period of stay is non-negotiable, unfortunately.
I rearranged the studio a bit since the photos have been taken, but everything you see is there (stayed almost the same).
The small studio has everything you need:
Bed, open wardrobe, small bar table with a chair
Full kitchen with stove, oven, kitchen utensils, blender, plates, cups etc
Piano, guitar and vinyl player - they need to be treated with care :)
The flat has also a small balcony, and a washing machine and a dryer on the balcony.
The flat is very central:
3-5 min away from U-Bahn Kochsctraße, Lidl, Edeka, McDonalds and other coffee shops and bars.
Espresso House is located just right next door, there you can stay with a laptop as long as you want.
U-Bahn Hallesches Tor and Library are 8-10 min away.
The street is very lively, so better use earplugs at night.
I require a deposit of €300 for my own safety, considering that the apartment has a lot of technical stuff :)
You can come see the apartment or we can have an online call.
I can give you the key on the 23rd of October till 13´clock.
