Vollmöbliert: Das Studio ist komplett ausgestattet und bereit für deinen Einzug ohne Sorgen.
Ideal gelegen, Nur einen Steinwurf vom Hermannplatz entfernt!

Details zur Miete:

Verfügbarkeit: Ab dem 04. Dezember bis zum 15. Juni (flexibel und mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung).
Preis: 840 € pro Monat (alles inklusive).
Kaution: Es sind zwei Monatsmieten als Kaution zu zahlen.
Kündigungsfrist: Bei unvorhergesehenen Umständen gilt eine Kündigungsfrist von drei Monaten für beide Parteien.
