Hallo zusammen,

da ich für ein paar Wochen Berlin verlasse, suche ich für meine geliebte Altbauwohnung eine nette und verantwortungsvolle Person zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert, die hohen Wände mit Stuck und der Dielenboden verleihen ihr den besonderen Altbaucharme. Dadurch dass sie zum Hinterhof gelegen ist, hat man trotz zentraler Lage seine Ruhe. ✨

In 5 Gehminuten ist man an der S/U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee und damit ist die Wohnung wirklich super gelegen. Der Mauerpark ist in der Nähe und zahlreiche Cafés & Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einerseits in den Arcaden, sowie ein REWE und Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kiez hat eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. 🤍

Das Enddatum ist flexibel, ein etwas früherer Auszug wäre auch möglich. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1.200 € warm plus 600 € Kaution.
