Hello there,
Im Cecilia, Im subletting my fully furnished cosy apartment for a temporary period of minimum 1 month up to 3 months (Flat is available from 20th Nov. until end of February).
The apartment is composed by entrance corridor, separate kitchen, bathroom and living room/Bedroom.
Every room has window. The kitchen is fully equipped and it comes with all cooking supplies, cleaning products (incl. hoover, drying rack, clean sheets and towels change, hair dryer). In short, it is a habited/habitable house.
It has wi-fi - access to locked bicycle storage and friendly neighbors.
Animals are welcome.

The condominium dates back to 1918, ll' be freshly renovated. it has two internal courtyards gardens:
the flat is located in the rear building, between the two gardens. At the ground floor, facing on the backyard.
Due to the thick walls typical of old Berlin buildings it is effectively insulating, which makes it warm during the hard winter time. As is not facing the street is silence and protected.

Its my home, therefore I took good care and pleasure in making it cosy and warm.
I will give priority to roomers I can meet in person, Its my home therefore I want to leave it in the hands of somebody I feel I can trust and will take good care of it.

P.s. pictures shows the inhabited apartment, I'll free it from the majority of my personal belonging .

The apartment is strategically well connected to several public transportation options:
- 5 min walk from u-bahn U8 Pankstrasse
- S+U Gesundbrunnen central Bahn station is an 8-minute walk away
(ring-bahn S41,S42 - S1,S2 ,S25 ,S28, U8, bus-line 247)

In the district you have beautiful Volkspark Humboldthain at 10 min walking distance - Mauer Park at 15' walking distance/10 min slow riders bicycle - Prenzlauer Berg is a 15' cycling distance. And you can reach Alexanderplaz in 10' U8 ride.

You have several different supermarkets, apotheke, turkish supermarkets and malls around the corner and two gyms at short distance. Many 24h Spetkauf and tabacchi, small stores, douners and restaurants open till late just around the corner, many gardens.

Latest but not last, my neighbors are lovely. We all are in good relationship, we cooperate and take care of each others so there is a good energy all around.

The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple as well.
All costs of monthly utilities and expenses are incl. in the rent (as its use here in Berlin).

Note: If you are a couple I'd charge an additional 150,- utility consume costs.

I do require the first month rent upon delivery of the keys + 1 single small deposit for possible damages, which will returned to you at termination of your staying. (plz be kind with my home, I have some very precious furnitures collection, I'd rather like to get ''her'' back the way i gave it to you)
