Die Wohnung ist hochwertig möbliert, die Küche ist sehr neu. Es ist ruhig und man schaut aus den Fenstern ins Grüne. Erstmal für 3/4 Monate einen befristeten Vertrag (ANMELDUNG MÖGLICH) und wenn alles gut klappt, dann gerne verlängern!

Sehr zentrale Lage, man ist überall in Berlin relativ schnell. Es gibt ein süßes Cafe vor der Haustür und man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Mauerpark. Rosenthaler Platz und Volkspark am Weinberg sind auch um die Ecke. Kreuzberg und Neukölln sind duch die perfekte Anbindung mit der U8 gut zu erreichen, ansonsten bringt einen die M10 überall hin und zur Sbahn läuft man nur 10 Minuten.

Grosser Vorteil: Der nächste Rewe ist der beste Supermarkt des Jahres 2023 und hat wirklich ALLES. Ansonsten gibts noch einen Penny und Lidl in der Nähe.

Bitte stellt euch kurz vor (wer ihr seid, was ihr in Berlin macht…). Ich suche unbedingt nach Personen, die pfleglich mit der Wohnung umgehen und mit denen eine offene Kommunikation möglich ist!
