Sublet at Mitte from December 15th - February 15th (Flexible) at Fritz Tower

Hey everyone :D I am subletting my flat from December 15th to February 15th. The dates can be flexible, so please let me know a more suitable date for you. I will be actually leaving the apartment from end of February, if you would like to takeover the apartment that is also possible as the landlord will be looking for a new tenant.

The apartment is 12 minutes away from Berlin Central Station by foot and located in a very quiet and safe neighberhood with a grocery store right in front of the apartment, and with many more stores and cafes situated nearby. The building is a new building with many expats living. It has a 24/7 concierge service, very safe as you need a transponder to open all the building doors, shared washing room, a gym in the first floor, a bistro in the ground floor and a nice welcoming area where you can bring friends play games or study. The apartment is a one room apartment with a modern kitchenette, built-in dishwasher, fridge, even storage to put all your belongings, furnished with modern equipments, and a space ideal for a single or a couple. I have attached pictures of the apartment from the website, but I will be leaving carpets, light fixtures, dishes and things you need to live with if you takeover for free.

The rent is 1250 EUR with everything included and that's literally everything :D (internet, electricity, heating, cable, utilities) If you want to takeover the apartment that's also an option as I am helping the landlord to look for a new tenant after end of February.
