I am Leonie, 31 and content writer for a german travel company. I am renting out my beautiful and quiet 1 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, because I am going to travel for a few months.
The apartment is located in the 2nd floor, back building, in a quiet street, 2 minutes from Helmholtzplatz. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a large bed/living-room with a bed and a couch (also suitable for sleeping). There is also a balcony with a seating area, lots of plants and a view into the green court. The building is a beautiful "altbau" and the apartment very quiet!! Mostly young families and couples live in the building, so it's definitely not suitable for parties or larger get-togethers.
I am looking for ONE person with a steady income (preferably employed) that is clean, tidy, quiet, responsive and that likes plants (I would appreciate if my indoor plants survive the time).
Please only apply if
- you are able to pay the WHOLE time frame
- you don't bring a pet
- you don't smoke
- have a steady income
- you don't need Anmeldung
- you don't bring your own furniture
- preferably you have a liability insurance

Helmholtzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg is a very central area. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the M2 tram that takes you within 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. The ring bahn is 7 minutes by walk and takes you everywhere in no time.
The neighborhood is extremely beautiful with lots of trees, old building and a calm relaxed atmosphere. You have several supermarkets (Penny, Edeka, Bio Company) only a few minutes walk away, a bakery, a lot of good restaurants, bars, nice shops etc.
Please write me only if you are seriously interested and if you are sure that you can afford it. (Some people came to see the apartment and then told me they have recalculated their money and realized they don't have enough). Please message with some information about you, what are you doing in Berlin and what are you looking for. Women and people that are good with plants are PREFERRED.
Bitte meldet euch mit einer kurzen Nachricht, wer ihr seid, was ihr in Berlin macht und was ihr sucht. Ich vermiete die Wohnung lieber an Personen, die die Wohnung PERSÖNLICH besichtigen. Aufgrund vergangener Erfahrungen würde ich eine Frau bevorzugen. :) Wenn ihr einen grünen Daumen habt, ist das ein großes Plus, da ich ziemlich viele Indoor-Pflanzen habe. ;)
