Hi, this is a cute studio style apartment with an extra large bathroom and a balcony in a quite neighbourhood right next to Schonenhauseralle.
I am going away for Christmas season but cannot take my cat with me so my cat would stay in the apartment! and would need your minimum care (like giving the food water and taking out her poopoo). She is an introvert angle and would not bother you.
The subletting time can be flexible, the rent vary with it. We can talk about it.
Apart from that the apartment is ready to move in with all the equipment you may need.
It is meant for one person only :)

Quite neighbourhood right next to Schonenhauseralle.
3 min walking distance to M10, M1 etc several tramway station. 5-7 min walking to the Schonenhauseralle Sbahn Ubahn station. 10 min to the U2 Ubahn station.
Supermarket literally next down your building. Walking distance to the most lively Prenzlauerberg center with various restaurants and bars and shops.
Please do not write if you are not ok with taking care of my cat, or if you cannot keep a high level of hygiene.
