I am away from Berlin from January until April 2024 and subletting this lovely furnished studio for 4 months.
The flat is located in the heart of Berlin, in Kreuzberg Bergmankiez, 2 min away from U bahn station (Mittenwalder str) and a bus station.
It is on the 5th (top) floor of a back-sided building, with a nice view and calmness at home.
It has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a separate bedroom, which is 0.5 floors above the other rooms.
The rent is 750 Euros per month (warm, including utility and wifi. but when heating is used too much, extra payment could be caused), and the deposit is 1500 Euros (2 months' rent)
As it is a short-term sublet, Anmeldung is not possible.
I would like to have a person who is reliable, clean, and who can let me know all mail arrivals, as I am paying utility bills by having letters.
