Room available in Berlin, Adlershof

Hi! I will rent my room from the 1st of March but you can start a bit earlier to set up yourself here. The most important information is that only people who are students are able to get Anmeldung as it is a requirement from the Agency. If you do not need it, you can also move here!

The apartment is fully equipped with a big TV in the living room, sofa, wifi, furniture, table, chairs, fridge,etc. Do not hesitate to ask. In the personal room you can find other private TV, a double size bed where even two people can fit in, two big wardrobes and some blankets just in case if needed. In the toilet there is a really big shower area and a bathtub to relax in after a long day. In the kitchen you can also find all type of dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery to use in your daily life. The big living room is together shared with the kitchen allowing a better use of the space. In the entrance you can find a shoe rack and some coat racks to get yourself comfortabe once you get home.

My flatmate's room is also available! It is 650€ as it is smaller but it has another wardrobe, a single bed and a small closet under it. There is also a big table to use to stow your items. This is because if you are interested in this room, my flatmate would move to the big one. Only one room can be chosen.
