Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Schönebergs

Hallo zusammen :)

ich vermiete meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg vom 1. März - 1. Mai 2025. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Roten Insel, ganz in der Nähe des schönen Akazienkiezes. Die Julius-Leber-Brücke oder S Schöneberg und Südkreuz erreicht man in nur 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie befindet sich im ruhigen Seitenflügel und ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 750 € (inklusive Gas, Wasser und Strom). Aktuell gibt es leider kein WLAN, aber ich kann auf Wunsch gerne einen Vertrag abschließen, was aber zusätzlich kosten würde.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, allerdings bin ich selbst noch nicht ganz eingezogen, weshalb ich noch keine komplett möbilierten Bilder habe. Es wird ein Bett (inklusive Matratze, Kissen und Decken), einen großen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und einen Schreibtisch gebeb. Wenn noch etwas fehlt, können wir das gern besprechen.

Ein paar Bücher würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen, aber auch hier können wir uns natürlich abstimmen, falls ihr mehr Platz benötigt. Wichtig ist mir, dass nicht in der Wohnung geraucht wird – das ist auch in meinem Vertrag strikt verboten.

Ein sorgsamer Umgang mit der Wohnung und den Möbeln ist vorrausgesetzt. Ich werde bald auch Fotos mit der Einrichtung haben. Falls ihr Interesse habt, schicke ich diese dann gerne an euch.

Hi everyone,

I’m renting out my cozy one-bedroom apartment in Schöneberg 01.03.2025-01.05.2025. It’s located on the Rote Insel, close to the charming Akazienkiez. Both Julius-Leber-Brücke and S Schöneberg as well as Südkreuz stations are just a 10–15 minute walk away. The apartment is in a quiet side wing, facing the inner courtyard.

The rent is €750 (including gas, water, and electricity). At the moment, there’s no Wi-Fi, but I’d be happy to arrange a contract for if needed which you would need to pay extra though.

The apartment is furnished, but as I havent moved completly in yet, I dont have pictures with all the furniture. It comes with a bed (including mattress, pillows, and blankets), a large wardrobe, a drawer, and a desk. If there’s anything missing, feel free to let me know.

I’d love to keep some of my books in the apartment, but we can definitely discuss this if you need more space. One important thing to note: smoking indoors is not allowed!

I kindly ask for a careful and respectful use of the apartment and its furniture. I’ll be moving in conpletly in February, so I’ll share photos of the furnished space as soon as possible or send them directly to anyone interested.
