I am renting my beautiful, fully equipped flat in Kreuzkölln for one month. It’s the perfect place to feel at home, relax, and enjoy everything Berlin has to offer.

The flat is spacious and comfortable enough for two people. It has a large, sunlit room with a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping sofa for guests or a second person. The charming kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for anyone who loves to cook, and even has a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom is compact but functional, with everything you need.

One of the best things about this apartment is its ambience – it’s warm, inviting, and full of personal touches that make it feel truly homey. The building and neighbors are lovely, adding to the peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable: nestled in the heart of Kreuzkölln, you’re surrounded by trendy cafés, restaurants, bars, and independent shops. The U-Bahn station Schönleinstrasse is just a 5-minute walk away, ensuring quick connections to the rest of the city. For grocery shopping, you’ll find plenty of options nearby, and every Tuesday and Friday, the Maybachufer Markt – one of the most famous markets in Berlin – is just around the corner, offering fresh produce, delicious street food, and a lively atmosphere.

Despite its central location, the street itself is quiet and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. I have always felt safe and comfortable here, and I hope you will too.
