A beautiful, fully-furninshed 50 sqm one-room apartment with lots of light, separate kitchen, bath, and entryway. The mainroom is spacious with room to sleep, work, and relax. We are not smokers, so there is no odor in the apartment. It is also hinterhaus, so it is away from the street and very quiet.

We are moving out, but will leave the furnishings (bed, closet, couch, desk, office chair, stove, cookware, glasses and dishes, etc. and hire a professional cleaner before you arrive. We will be in town if you need anything while you are staying here.

The location is great. The 247 bus is 2 minutes away, the ring-bahn is 9 minutes away, and the U9 Nauener Platz is 6 minutes away. There is lots of good food in the area as well. Dan Thai and Homies are both 2 minutes walk away and serve delicious food, as well as a lovely trattoria two minutes away.

In addition to the apartment itself, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. The neighbors are friendly, and the building is well-maintained.

We don't need any documents, as it is a short-term stay. Please just provide your ID when signing the contract. The net price is 1050 per month, no nebenkosten or warm rent.

There’s a small park nearby if you want some fresh air, and grocery stores are within walking distance for your daily needs. If you enjoy biking, the area is very bike-friendly, with dedicated lanes and easy access to scenic routes. We’ve had a wonderful time living here and hope you’ll find it just as welcoming and enjoyable!
