Ich biete meine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (35 m2) in bester Lage am Savignyplatz zur Untervermietung an. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

Eine offizielle Anmeldung ist möglich. Ich bin die Hauptmieterin und lebe zurzeit im Ausland. Ich möchte die Wohnung ab dem 01.April 2025 für ein Jahr befristet untervermieten. Nach Absprache kann die befristete Mietdauer angepasst werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung danach als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen, wenn der Eigentümer sich für dich entscheiden sollte.

Die Miete beträgt 1.200 EUR (Warmmiete inklusive Internet, Strom, Gas und Rundfunkbeitrag). Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. 2 Monatsmieten sind im Voraus zu zahlen, also insgesamt 2.400 EUR. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 EUR und wird nach einwandfreiem Zustand bei Auszug vollständig zurückerstattet. Insgesamt sind 3.400 EUR im Voraus zu zahlen.

Eine live und online Besichtigung wird erst in der letzten Märzwoche (22.03.25 - 30.03.25) möglich sein. Bei Zusage und einer Überweisung der Vorauszahlung, bekommst du die Schlüssel auch schon am 30.03.25.

I am the main tenant and currently living abroad. I would like to sublet the apartment from April 1, 2025, for one year on a fixed-term basis. The rental period can be adjusted upon agreement.
There is also a possibility to take over the apartment as the main tenant afterward if the landlord chooses you.

💰 Rent & Deposit:
• €1,200 per month (warm rent including internet, electricity, gas, and broadcasting fee).
• Smoking and pets are not allowed.
• Two months' rent must be paid in advance (€2,400 in total).
• Security deposit: €1,000 (fully refundable upon a damage-free move-out).
• Total amount due upfront: €3,400.

👀 Viewings:
A live and online viewing will only be possible in the last week of March (March 22 – March 30, 2025).
If you are selected and transfer the advance payment, you can receive the keys as early as March 30, 2025.
