🔹 Duration: 2 months (May 1 – June 30)

🔹 Anmeldung not possible during sublet period, after transfer it is ofcoarse possible

🔹 Mandatory transfer: After the sublet period, the apartment must be taken over by the new tenant, subject to company approval.

Others: Amica washing machine, vacuum cleaner, flower stand, floor lamps
Note: The oven and sink belong to the apartment.

Mandatory Apartment Transfer:
The new tenant must be approved by the company to sign a rental contract.
After the two-month sublet, the apartment will be fully transferred to the new tenant.
All furniture will be sold to the new tenant with agreed price (Transfer agreement €1,500).

Rental Requirements:
✔ Employed with a valid work contract
✔ Last three payslips
✔ Schufa (request now) report
✔ Valid resident permit
✔ Rental payment confirmation from the previous landlord (if applicable)
