Renting out my room short-term Flinta only

Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete mein Zimmer in Schöneberg / Innsbrucker Platz für den Zeitraum vom 1. Mai bis zum 27. Mai unter. Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß, hat schöne, große Fenster und ist sehr gemütlich möbliert. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, sodass du nur deine Sachen mitbringen musst.

Die WG teilst du mit einer lieben Mitbewohnerin und einem kleinen superlieben Hund – also solltest du Hunde mögen! Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und alles, was man sonst so braucht.

Miete: 580 € für den Monat (inkl. allem).

Da unsere WG ein FLINTA-only* Space ist, suchen wir ausschließlich eine weibliche oder nicht-binäre Person für das Zimmer.

I’m subletting my room in Schöneberg / Innsbrucker Platz from May 1st to May 27th. The room is 17 m², has large windows, and is fully furnished, so you just need to bring your personal belongings. It’s a super cozy space with a nice atmosphere.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a lovely roommate and a small, super friendly dog—so you should be okay with dogs! The apartment also has a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything else you might need.

Rent: €580 for the month (all included).

Since our WG is a FLINTA-only space*, we are only looking for a female or non-binary person to take the room.
