Da ich beruflich für die nächsten Monate in eine andere Stadt muss, wird kurzfristig meine superschöne Wohnung zu Untermiete frei. Sie ist ideal gelegen im Kreuzberger Graefekiez, in der Grimmstraße nähe Admiralsbrücke. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und hell (Hinterhof, also kein Straßenlärm, 3. Etage, alle Fenster gehen nach Süden). Alles ist was man braucht ist vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, WLAN... Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein normales Wohnzimmer/Arbeitszimmer, die Küche ist räumlich abgetrennt, aber ohne Tür, das ist vielleicht auf den Fotos zu erkennen.
Ideal auch für Leute, die einen Ort suchen, an dem man in Ruhe arbeiten kann.
Die U-Bahnstationen Kottbusser Tor, Schönleinstraße und Südstern sind alle in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zusätzlich fährt in 2 min Entfernung der M41 schnell zum Potsdamer Platz und zum Hauptbahnhof. Fahrradständer sind im Hof.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten (Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet). Mir wäre noch wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird.
Nötige Unterlagen: Ausweis bzw. Passkopie, Einkommensnachweis und Nachweis einer Privathaftpflichtversicherung.
