Sie ist möbliert und komplett eingerichtet, es gibt ein helles Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit großem Durchgang zur Küche (mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine), zudem einen kleinen Flur und Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche.
Das Haus ist vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden, der gemeinsame Treppenhausbereich ist gepflegt und wird einmal in der Woche geputzt. Die anderen Hausbewohner sind hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

I rent out my small but nice apartment.
It is furnished and fully equipped, there is a bright living room and bedroom with a large passage to the kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), as well as a small hallway and bathroom with a spacious shower.
The house was renovated a few years ago, the common stairwell area is well maintained and cleaned once a week. The other residents are helpful and uncomplicated.
Die Wohnung liegt innerhalb der Ringbahn, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von dem S+U Bahnhof NEUKÖLLN entfernt und ist damit gut angebunden.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Penny, Lidl, denns, Biomarkt, Real.
Der Richardkiez ist eine bunte und entspannte Gegend mit Bäumen, Cafés, Restaurants, Plätzen und Kneipen. Außerdem gibt es gleich neben dem Haus ein Kiosk.
Der verkehrsberuhigte Böhmische Platz sowie der alt-rixdorfer Richardplatz mit vielen kleinen Läden, Buchladen, veganem Supermarkt etc. sind ganz in der Nähe.
Der historische Körnerpark, der idyllische Comenius Garten oder der Landwehr Kanal schön zum entspannen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located within the Ringbahn, a 5-minute walk from the S+U station NEUKÖLLN and is therefore well connected.
There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby: Penny, Lidl, Denns, Biomarkt, Real.
The Richardkiez is a colorful and relaxed area with trees, cafes, restaurants, squares and pubs. There is also a kiosk right next to the house.
The traffic-calmed Böhmischer Platz and the old Rixdorfer Richardplatz with many small shops, bookstores, vegan supermarkets, etc. are very close by.
The historic Körnerpark, the idyllic Comenius Garden or the Landwehr Canal are great places to relax and are easily accessible on foot.
Da mir die Wohnung und meine Einrichtung sehr lieb sind suche ich jemanden, die oder der gut mit den Sachen umgeht.
Die angegebene Miete gilt für einen Monat, darin inbegriffen sind alle Kosten (Miete, Nebenkosten, Internet, etc.)
