Longterm room with Contract !

I am renting out the second room in my apartment and will put You together on my MAIN contract (this is NOT a subcontract). You will be main tenant with me.

In the long run and want to move out and get out of the contract. But for the time being you will start by renting one room. I am in a transition and will use my room just to leave some stuff there. Most of the time you will be on your own in the apartment.

The rent of 699 EUR includes all costs (furnished, high speed Internet, electricity, heating etc.), no additional/hidden costs !
For the furnished room and the contract I request a lump sum of 2000€, to be paid upon contract signature.

Room preferably for a woman/ girl

On the apartment: 2-Room furnished apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom (including washing machine).
Your room will be furnished slightly differently than what you see on the pictures as we re still moving some stuff into the apartment. Pictures are to get a first impression, but please come and visit.

Furnished appartment in the neighbourhood "Wedding" and 1 min from the neighbourhood "Pankow", making this place a beautiful mix of both intercultural life and a calm, green and restful neighbourhood.
Very well connected to any place : 10 minutes from Prenzlauer Berg
Close to parks: Mauerpark, Bürgerpark and Schlosspark

Supermarket (Netto, BioCompany and REWE) and bakery at 1 min walking distance.
Shopping Center "Rathaus Center Pankow" at 5 min walking distance.
Boulder Hall "Berta Block" at 10min from home.

Furnished, any additional wishes for equipment will need to be added by yourself. Equipped kitchen ready to use.

- Copy of passport
- last 3 payslips
- Schufa (request now)
- "Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung": Approval from previous apartment owner (where you rented) that you have no debts
