Even though it is a student dorm it has kitchen and toilet in every apartment so you don´t have to share with others, basically your own flat.

The apartment is on second floor. It is 2 minutes from S-Grunewald. The connection is good and you have 2 shops near- Edeka and Rewe. Also you have Grunewald Forrest near where you can chill and do sports or to go by a bike. You will get your own peace there.
