Einzimmerwohnung im Herzen der roten Insel

Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung im Herzen Schönebergs unter. Die Daten können auch evtl. verlängert werden (langfristige Miete), aber das können wir gemeinsam besprechen, erstmal suche ich jemanden für die angegebenen Daten.

Meine Wohnung ist ca. 30,2qm groß und hat einen Balkon Richtung Osten (mit Sonne bis ca. 13 Uhr) und eine Badewanne. Es gibt ein separates Bad und die Küche schließt an das Schlafzimmer an. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, es sei denn, du möchtest deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen, dann ist das auch möglich und wäre 50€ pro Monat günstiger. Ich würde wahrscheinlich den Kleiderschrank, die Pflanze und ein paar andere Details ändern, ansonsten wird die Wohnung aussehen, wie auf den Bildern. Ausserdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die du benutzen kannst. In der Küche sind zudem Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Schränke eingebaut.

Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Bitte nur Nichtraucher*innen. Außerdem ist mir wichtig, dass die Person auf die Nachbarn Rücksicht nimmt und sich an die geregelten Ruhezeiten hält.

I am subletting my beautiful, cozy studio apartment in the heart of Schöneberg. The rental dates are flexible and may be extended if needed, but we can discuss that together. For now, I am looking for someone for the listed dates.

The apartment is about 30,2 m² and has an east-facing balcony (with sunshine until around 1 PM) and a bathtub. There is a separate bathroom, and the kitchen is open to the bedroom. The apartment is rented furnished, unless you'd prefer to bring your own furniture, in which case the rent would be €50 per month lower. I might make a few small changes, such as replacing the wardrobe or plant, but otherwise, the apartment will look as it does in the photos.

A washing machine is available for you to use, and the kitchen comes equipped with a sink, stove, refrigerator, and cabinets.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and the apartment is available to non-smokers only. Additionally, it’s important to me that the tenant is considerate of the neighbors and adheres to the designated quiet hours.
